Who does what . . .
| WARDEN : A priest who guides the Council in spiritual matters
and presides at its Meetings and at General Meetings of the Guild.
CHAPLAIN-GENERAL : A priest who presides at Meetings in the absence of the Warden, and is consulted in matters concerning the administration of the Guild. ALMONER : A lay member who is entrusted with all funds belonging to the Guild, of which he renders an audited account annually to the General Meeting. SECRETARY-GENERAL : A lay member whose duty is to keep Minutes and Records, to deal with applications for membership, and such other matters as the Council may depute from time to time.
