CHORAL EVENSONG This gem of the Anglican Liturgy, which has inspired composers since it was first devised in the 16th century, is sung (usually once a month) by Holy Trinity Choir. It is primarily an act of Christian worship but, in the best Anglican tradition, members of all faiths - and none - are welcome to attend. * The Choir is having its summer break. The next Choral Evensong is on Sunday 6th September. THE COLOGNE NEW PHILHARMONIC CHAMBER ORCHESTRA Monday 10th August at 7.30 pm A return visit from this ever-popular group of young musicians playing classical favourites.
